My workout schedule includes 6 days,
Monday through Saturday, at the gym.
Mondays: Chest and Abs
Tuesdays: Shoulders and Calves
Wednesdays: Back and Abs
Thursdays: Arms and Calves
Fridays: legs and abs
Saturdays: Cardio
Each workout session at the gym takes at least 90 minutes.
Although I love gnocchi, fettucini alfredo and cannolis, I must
keep my body in shape, so I stick to mainly seafood.
I enjoy lobster and salads. Once in a while I treat
myself to some rich Italian Cuisine, mostly on special occasions.
